OVERVIEW
Brain Perform is the first assessment tool in Romania designed to evaluate professional and managerial competencies (defined in terms of behaviours) by measuring the functionality of brain’s mechanisms.
Thus, BrainPerform assesses drivers of behaviours and performance, pointing out status of skills development as well as potential to fulfill on-going tasks and objectives.
It is the ideal tool for recruitment & selection, promotion, talent management (HiPo identification), succession planning (validation of successors), etc.
BrainPerform consists of 7 exercises integrated in an online software application, which investigates the functioning of brain mechanisms by measuring parameters such as: reaction time, number of errors, number of trials, etc. These parameters are analyzed according to the performance benchmarks for a specific population and consolidates the results into a report that links the neural networks functioning with the level of skills development.
The instrument doesn’t comprise verbal items (questions) like traditional personality questionnaires, thus ensuring a higher objectivity degree of assessment process.
The exercises integrated in BrainPerform assessment tool come from extensive international research and measure the functionality of specific brain mechanisms. They were designed and adapted to the business environment following research projects in cooperation with prestigious universities/institutes (ex. Sackler Institute for Neurobiology, Cornell University, Slovak Academy of Science, etc.)
BrainPerform measures 16 professional and managerial competencies grouped under 8 clusters. The results provided in the BrainPerform assessment report have been normed on various hierarchical levels, backed up by scientific research deployed (independently or in collaboration) by prestigious research institutes from US.
Following BrainPerform assessment, we run development programs using Brain Fitness techniques, an innovative approach which leads (through practice) to a better functioning of our brain. Consequently, participants in training and development programs who use Brain Fitness exercises can increase their problem solving abilities, their working memory, and can reduce level of stress. |
